We provide you with a solution for sales development & management, export shipment & distribution, and order processing & invoicing across multiple markets. We combine our Sales & Customer Service with the Freight & Logistics Service, and the Billing & Payment Processing Service. Whilst these can be employed individually and separately, we have curated this Master Distributor platform and improved it year after year based on real trade experiences over decades with some amazing companies.

Typical Set Up Options.
KIMCO raises a pro-forma invoice to the customer in accordance with the terms defined by the brand owner. The customer can be an Importer, Wholesaler, Distributor or Retailer.
The in-market customer confirms the pro-forma invoice and initiates foreign exchange control and other import requirements as necessary.
KIMCO creates a purchase order and sends to the brand owner under the terms of the agreement and export finance preferences.
The brand owner makes the stock available to KIMCO under the agreed Incoterms for the final destination, and KIMCO arranges any freight & logistics necessary to bridge the relationship.
The brand owner invoices KIMCO in the designated currencies covering multiple customers and markets.
KIMCO invoices the Importer, Wholesaler, Distributor, Retailer, and KIMCO makes all documentation available to Brand Owner and Customer to ensure full visibility and transparency.
Importer receives product in-market & fulfils the final consumer route to market requirements.
Value added services are provided to develop the channel sales, product availability and consumer awareness, respecting the local regulations for market entry, retail sales and product integrity and compliance.
